Kyle Kemp — CIO & Managing Partner

15+ years of experience investing across global credit markets, including managing credit portfolios ranging from approximately $500 million to $1 billion across cash, bonds, derivatives, and ETFs. Experience constructing multi-asset portfolios and managing risk across market cycles.

  • Verition: Led an approximately $800m autonomous credit pod
  • Centiva: Senior Trader and Portfolio Manager for TMT and FIG credit portfolios (~$500–800m)
  • Mizuho: Credit Trading Executive Director, Energy and Healthcare
  • MUFG: Credit Trading Director, overseeing an approximately $300m credit portfolio

Matt Doka — CTO & Managing Partner

Co-founder and former CTO of Fivestars, which scaled to 350+ employees and approximately $35M ARR prior to its acquisition by SumUp for approximately $317M. Experience building large-scale, real-time distributed payments and data systems supporting high-throughput, mission-critical applications, applied to Jackson Peak’s portfolio analytics and risk management systems.
